From the Customers section in the left-hand menu (the CRM icon), you can access the customer register, which contains all customers of your company.
- The orange New customer button allows you to add a new customer (it’s recommended to first check that the customer is not already in the register).
- You can search for customers using, for example, their name or classification.
- Use filters to limit which customers appear in the customer list. You can filter customers by, for example, customer type or creation date. If filters are active, a number will indicate how many filters are currently applied.
Note: Filters remain active even if you navigate elsewhere in the system (e.g. to listings). If you cannot find a customer you previously created, start by checking that you do not have any filters turned on. - Select whether you want the list to show Only your own customers or all customers of the company.
- Clicking a customer row (e.g. the name) opens the customer card, where you can use various CRM features.
- From the right-hand side of the customer row, behind the three dots, you can delete a customer. Deleting a customer requires that no actions related to them exist which would legally require their information to be retained.
Customer’s contact person
All customers also have a designated Contact person in the real estate agency, which by default is the person who originally created the customer in the register. A customer may also have several contact persons if they have been added manually in the customer details, or if the customer has, for example, been in contact with several agents while being handled as a lead.
If you want to view customer data where you are not listed as a contact person, Linear will display a warning. All views of customer data are logged.
