The customer card allows you to edit customer details and use CRM features, such as adding customer-specific notes, contacts (communication records), meetings, and tasks.
From the different tabs, you can search for items such as previous contacts, invoices created for the customer, or notes recorded about the customer.
Listings include all assignments created for the customer, and under the Interests section you will find the properties for which the customer has been added as a potential buyer.
Mobile use
When using Linear on a mobile device (e.g., a smartphone), all the same features are available. In addition, you can call the customer directly from the customer card with just one tap. There is no longer a need to type in the customer’s phone number or search for it from your saved contacts to make a call.
