Documents can be uploaded to the system either under the Documents tab in the Manage documents section, or to the property's Archive. Both the Manage documents section and the Archive accept documents and images of any file type.
Note: On iOS devices (e.g. iPhone or iPad), only image files, .pdf, .doc and .docx files can be uploaded to Linear.
In the Manage documents section, documents can either be uploaded under the relevant category, or alternatively all documents can be uploaded into the Upload other document section. The upload location does not affect sending documents, but in the Archive the document type is displayed based on the chosen category.
When creating a sales or rental leaflet, the latest version of the leaflet is automatically saved under the Leaflet section. The leaflet is also publicly downloadable from DIXU, provided that the listing is published in DIXU.
You can lock a document by clicking the lock icon next to it. Locked documents cannot be selected when sending documents.
You can remove a document from document management by clicking the trash bin icon next to its name.
All documents uploaded through document management are automatically saved to the Archive as well.
Note: Documents that are uploaded directly to the Archive will not appear in the Manage documents section of the Documents tab.
A document deleted from document management is not removed from the archive; it must be deleted separately from the archive.
