Showings for a listing can be managed on the listing card under the Showings tab.
Showing times can be public or private. Public showings are displayed in the calendar in turquoise and are published to listing portals (Oikotie, Etuovi, Vuokraovi, Dixu, and your website). Private showings are shown in the calendar in purple.
Add a new showing time by clicking Add showing time.
When creating a showing, you can set:
- Agent
- Date and Time range
- Whether the showing is a First showing, Public or Private
- If this is a private showing, you can add a CRM contact under Showing participants. The information is also saved in the CRM, so you can see which listings the contact has attended showings for.
- Showing description
- Please note that the showing description is also displayed on Oikotie, Etuovi and Vuokraovi if the showing is public.
If needed, you can edit a previously added showing by clicking it, or delete it using the trash can icon.
