Linear automatically creates an assignment for all sales and rental assignments, as well as follow-up assignments, which can be sent to the property manager. This assignment contains only the information necessary for the property manager to provide documents (e.g., property manager's certificate, financial statements, maintenance plan) to the agent.
In the property manager's assignment, the assignor(s), the subject of the assignment, and the validity of the assignment are displayed. Information such as price and sales commission details are omitted.
Therefore, the assignment for the property manager is automatically generated when creating an assignment with a selected Linear contract (template). The assignor signs it simultaneously with the signing of the assignment and the PEP form.
If the assignment requires a handwritten signature, the agent must print the assignment for the property manager separately from Linear and request the signatures of all parties involved, just as with the original assignment.
