Linear includes a wide range of helpful quick links (shortcuts) and icons designed to support real estate agents in their daily work. It’s useful to get familiar with them.
Linear icons
The icons are small, practical visual elements found throughout the system. Learning them will make navigation easier. Give them a try!
The table icon appears in the top right corner of list views (listings, users, customers). Clicking it lets you choose between different list layouts (compact / card / table).
The pencil icon on a listing card opens the editing view for the property description attachment. For customers and users, it opens their respective details for editing.
Additional actions (such as edit / delete) can also be found behind the three dots.
You can jump directly to the sales or rental brochure via the Brochure icon. The icon is shown only if a brochure has been created for the listing.
The overlapping-pages icon is usually displayed next to the name of a person whose signature is pending. Clicking it copies the customer’s signature link to your clipboard (copy / Ctrl+C), and you can then send it, for example, via text message or WhatsApp using paste (Ctrl+V). This is useful if the customer can’t find the signature link in their email.

The functional panels on the screen can be expanded or collapsed using the arrow in the top right corner of the panel:

Shortcuts
Customer contact details can be viewed anywhere the customer’s name appears in orange—just hover over the name. Clicking the customer’s name takes you directly to their customer card (provided you have access rights):
Agent contact details are shown when you hover over the agent’s name:
The brokerage information for the company managing the listing’s agency agreement appears when you hover over the company name. This is especially useful in organisations where access to a listing is shared between, for example, franchise or subsidiary offices:
