The Linear Store can be found on the property card as its own tab or alternatively from the menu on the left side.
Open the property card -> Linear Store
First, select a category (e.g., Floor Plan) to get a list of service providers. You can sort the list by price, reviews, or popularity. Note that prices do not include value-added tax.
The service provider you choose may offer several services, so select the one you are ordering (e.g., Floor Plan) and proceed to place your order.
If you are placing an order through the property card, the property's address will automatically appear on the order form.
Upload a draft floor plan to the system and mark the areas where changes need to be made.
You can also upload photos for the floor plan creator, such as of the kitchen and bathroom, making it easier for them to understand the fixed furnishings as well as the proportions of doors and windows.
Finally, you can proceed to payment.
You will receive a confirmation of the order's acceptance/rejection from the service provider via email, which will also be visible on the 'My Orders' screen.
Once the images are ready, you will first need to approve them, marked with Linear's watermark. You can comment and request corrections. Once you are satisfied with the delivery, you must approve the images, after which you will receive them for your use with your own watermark, if you have defined one in the company settings.
