Leads from potential clients can be found in the main menu under Leads.
New potential clients are manually entered via the Enter lead button. When entering a new lead, it's advisable to check the customer registry to see if the client already exists. This way, you can select an existing customer as a new lead, thus avoiding the creation of duplicate records.
Additionally, leads are automatically updated in Linear through the real estate agency's website if a website integration is in use. Please contact our customer support if you are interested in lead integration for your own website.
Users will also receive a separate email notification about a new lead, so it does not go unnoticed. If a user has broader user rights and has active access to Company leads, they will receive an email notification about all the leads created under the company.
Tip: In user settings, you can specify under the General tab if you want to receive email notifications about newly created leads. Leads from the interface are leads that have been generated, for example, through a contact form filled out on the real estate agency's website. Manually added leads are leads that have been entered manually by other users of the real estate agency.
