If the user has the Company leads permission enabled, they can switch between the Agents and Company views in the Leads section.
In the Company view, the user can see not only their own leads but all leads within the company, and can open them to review the actions taken for each lead.
Managing potential clients
Leads move forward across the columns as actions are performed on them, and eventually end up either in the Commission or Lost section.
The buttons inside the cards are quick links to the desired next step (e.g., Agree meeting). Alternatively, you can drag a lead card to the desired stage on the lead pipeline.
- New contains new leads arriving from the website (if the integration is enabled) or manually added new leads.
- Leads in the Not contacted column have been assigned to a specific agent. Here you can specify how the client has been contacted.
- Leads in the Contacted column are updated with the next steps, typically scheduling a meeting and completing the form with the agreed meeting details.
- In the Agreed meeting column, you fill out a form with the outcome of the meeting:
- an offer submitted,
- a won listing agreement,
- an open lead, or
- a lost lead
- Listings for which an offer has been sent move to the Offer column.
- Won listings move to the Commission column.
- Lost listings move to the Lost column.
