Transferring a Lead
From the three‑dot menu at the bottom of the lead, you can choose to transfer the lead to another user. After this, select the person you want to assign the lead to.
Accepting or Returning a Lead
If a lead has been transferred to you and you want to accept it, click Take care and begin working on the lead as usual.
If needed, you can also return the lead back to the distributor by opening the three‑dot menu and selecting Return lead to sender.
