Apartment Information Form can be found as its own tab on the listing card. First, select the signing method: Electronic signature / Hand-signed or custom appendix template.
- The Apartment Information Form template contains the same fields for both housing company units and real estate properties.
- Pay close attention to the address details, as these determine how the listing is shown on publishing platforms. Oikotie supports multiple neighbourhoods/villages as long as they are separated by commas on the form, whereas Vuokraovi currently displays only the first neighbourhood/village entered.
- There are many data fields, but they are grouped logically (e.g. Property, Lease Agreement Terms, Condition and Equipment). You can jump directly to a group by clicking the group names shown on the left.
- The “search/find” function is also useful. You can open the search bar by pressing Ctrl + F on Windows or Command + F on macOS.
- The contents of the Apartment Information Form are transferred to the sales brochure, where they can still be edited, rearranged, or removed. When the information on a signed Apartment Information Form is edited, a new version of the brochure is created automatically with the updated information (provided that the listing is not in the 'Tenant found' or 'Rented' status). When editing an unsigned form, the system notifies that the brochure content has changed, and a new version must then be created manually.
- Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory on the Apartment Information Form. A listing can be published with relatively incomplete information, but for the agent's legal protection it is recommended to fill in the form thoroughly and have it signed by the client.
- An unsigned Apartment Information Form can be saved as a draft and completed later.
Note: The system performs automatic saves on the Apartment Information Form until it is marked as Ready. Once the form is marked ready, auto-save is disabled to prevent unintended edits being saved while the listing is already published.
