Purchase offers can be searched from multiple locations.
1.) Users with the necessary permissions can find all the company's purchase offers in the left sidebar section Purchase offers:
- The "+" symbol in front of the address indicates that counteroffers have been made for the listing, which can be viewed by clicking the plus symbol.
- The red dot in front of the address indicates that there is a new offer that you have not opened yet.
- Additional actions, such as copying the offer, can be found behind the three dots at the end of the listing row.
- The Search purchase offers field helps you search by address or the status of the purchase offer.
- The Filters option next to the free text search provides more filtering options:
2.) From the listing card:
Open the listing card -> Trading -> Purchase offers
This view displays the offers made for the specific listing.
Note: If you cancel the commission by clicking “Go back to the beginning” in the Commission & KYC tab, all purchase offers made for the listing will be automatically rejected.
The status of the offers will update to “Rejected,” but you can still find all offer-related documents in the listing's Archive.
