You can download the draft of the deed of sale from the Transaction tab once the status of the listing is Reserved:
The system generates the draft of the deed of sale based on the approved purchase offer and the information filled in for the transaction verification, so it is advisable to have these completed in advance.
It is also possible to download the draft of the deed of sale without a filled purchase offer or transaction verification. In this case, the status of the listing must be manually changed to reserved from the Summary tab. In this scenario, the draft will include all possible terms of the sale, etc., that would otherwise be excluded as per the agreed terms in the purchase offer.
The draft of the deed of sale also includes information from the customer registry and the listing details in addition to the purchase offer and transaction verification. If there are corrections to be made in the draft regarding the information from these sources, it is advisable to make the corrections/additions in the source of the information.
The draft of the deed of sale is generated in .docx format, so it is always freely editable in a word processor (e.g., Microsoft Word). Sections that should be particularly considered for editing/removal in the draft are highlighted in red, for example, paragraphs related to the condition inspection/investigation.
