All payments in Linear Store are processed through the Stripe payment service. Stripe allows you to pay with the most common payment cards (Visa Debit/Credit, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay).
You can also pay via bank transfer or by invoice, if the service provider has enabled invoice payments in their payment options.
Card payment / bank transfer
When you select Pay now, a screen appears showing the payment summary on the left and two payment methods in the middle: SEPA and Card.
If you choose a SEPA payment, copy the account number displayed on the right (your company’s IBAN) into the IBAN field indicated by the arrow, and fill in the account holder’s name and address details. The amount will then be debited directly from your account within five banking days:
If you choose a card payment, fill in the card details and the cardholder’s name in the form.
The payment is processed through Stripe at the time of the order. If the order is cancelled by either the customer or the service provider, Stripe will automatically issue a refund.
A payment receipt will be generated for all payment methods and sent to both the customer and the customer’s company via email.
