DIXU.fi is a free-of-charge sales platform for properties for sale, similar to Oikotie and Etuovi, where listings can be published through Linear. At the moment, rental properties cannot be published on DIXU.
For agents, DIXU is beneficial for several reasons:
- DIXU is a free publishing platform for real estate agencies
- When you are about to publish a listing from Linear, you can preview it on DIXU to ensure that the appearance and information of your advertisement are in order
- You can receive purchase offers made through DIXU by clients and proceed with the offer process as usual. The buyer makes their offer through DIXU, the agent responds with a counteroffer from Linear according to the seller's instructions, to which the buyer responds through DIXU, etc.
- In DIXU, clients can follow the real-time status of the bidding process.
To preview your listing's details on DIXU, click on the DIXU logo.
Open listing card -> Advertisements & leaflets -> Dixu
Your listing is not yet visible to others but you, but if you wish, you could copy the link (URL) from your browser and also send the preview of the publication to, for example, the client.
Once published, the listing also becomes public on DIXU.
