DIXU.fi is a free sales platform for properties for sale, similar to Oikotie and Etuovi. You can publish for-sale listings to DIXU directly from Linear. Rental listings cannot currently be published to DIXU.
For agents, DIXU is useful for example for the following reasons:
- DIXU is a free publishing platform for real estate agencies
- When you’re about to publish a listing from Linear, you can preview it on DIXU and verify that the ad’s layout and details are correct
- You can receive purchase offers made by customers via DIXU and handle the offer process as usual. The buyer submits their offer through DIXU, the agent responds with a counteroffer from Linear according to the seller’s instructions, the buyer responds via DIXU, and so on.
- On DIXU, the customer can follow the current status of the offer negotiation in real time.

Open the listing card -> Ads and brochures -> Dixu
Your listing is not yet visible to anyone else but you. However, if you want, you can copy the link (URL) from your browser and send it to e.g. the client (seller) to preview.
Once the listing has been published, it will also become public on DIXU.
