You can find the Company settings by clicking your user profile picture in the upper right corner (or your initials, if no profile picture has been set) and selecting Company settings.
Only users who have permission to modify the company settings can access this section.
In the Company settings, you can manage the following, among other things:
- Company contact details and the designated contact person
- Responsible Manager
- Enable / disable the Housing Company Database
- Property inspections
- Link to the company's privacy policy / privacy statement (the link will automatically appear in assignment agreements and offers)
- Billing details
- Billing contact information
- Branding settings, such as logos and brand colors for brochures and automated emails, as well as the color theme and links displayed on the office website
- Automatic messages and Typeform settings for surveys
- Integrations, e.g., with Oikotie and SendGrid
If any of the following details change, or if you want to enable or disable Linear add-ons, please contact Linear’s customer support:
- Billing channel for Linear system fees
- Group structure (corporate structure)
- Changed Business ID
- Publication credentials for portals (Oikotie, Etuovi, Vuokraovi, Kauppalehti)
- Website integration
- Suomen Asiakastieto (SAT) integration
- DIAS integration
- SendGrid integration
- Financial management integrations (Netvisor, Procountor)
- Linear Store
