Suggestions and Bugs
In Linear Store, you’ll find the feedback button right on the Store’s front page. Here you can submit development ideas or report a bug.
If you encounter a Ghost in the system, you’ve stumbled upon a bug. In that case, it’s especially important to report it using the button shown on the ghost screen. That way we’re already on the case before you even pick up the phone.
Service‑Related Feedback
After each completed order, you’ll receive a friendly email requesting your feedback. The email contains a link where you can rate the order quality and the service provider’s communication on a scale of 1–5, and leave open‑text feedback.
Your ratings will selectively appear in the service provider’s portfolio, and the “stars” contribute to their overall popularity score.
We closely monitor Linear Store customer ratings, service providers’ willingness to confirm orders, and delivery quality. Service providers who do not meet Linear’s quality standards in customer communication and/or product quality are encouraged to offer their services elsewhere.
