The data on the Invoices tab is updated based on invoices created through the system. An invoice may have been created from a listing or from the CRM. You can read more about invoices in this section.
Invoices view and common functions:
- Filter – The invoices shown in the report can be filtered using the funnel icon on the left. You can read more about the filters further down.
- Table view – In this view, invoices and their details are displayed in an Excel-like table, as shown in the image above.
- Graph view – By clicking the graph icon, you can switch the report to a graphical mode. You can drill down into the graphs using the arrow buttons found in the corner of the report. More about the arrow buttons is explained in this article.
- Compact view – In this view, invoices are grouped by company and by recipient of the commission.
- List view – In this view, invoices are grouped only by company. The list can be downloaded if needed (see item 11) and sent to an accountant, who can verify that all invoices have also been recorded in the bookkeeping.
- Total of accepted invoices per month – This box displays the total amount of all invoices with the status Accepted, along with comparisons to the previous month. The month shown in the box can be selected in section 9.
- Total of paid invoices per month – This box displays the total amount of all invoices with the status Paid, along with comparisons to the previous month. The month shown in the box can be selected in section 9.
- Commission breakdown by type – This box shows how the amounts of the filtered invoices (see item 1) are distributed by commission type.
