Purchase offers can be found under the Trading tab.
The agent usually submits a purchase offer on behalf of a potential buyer. A potential buyer can also submit a purchase offer for a listing directly in DIXU.
In Linear, creating an offer begins by clicking the New offer button. In order to create a purchase offer, certain information fields must be filled in on the description appendix. The system will notify you if any required information is missing when you start creating the offer.
If a similar offer has already been made for the listing, you can duplicate it to create a new one, reducing the number of fields you need to fill in. The copy function is located behind the three dots at the end of the offer row.
Start by choosing whether you want to use the system-provided (Linear) offer template or your own offer template. If the offer has been signed outside the system using your own template, we recommend saving it in Linear as well so that it can be found later from Linear's archive if needed.
When using the Linear tarjouspohjaa, you can choose whether you want to hide the buyers’ information on the offer form. If the purchase offer is conditional (for example, dependent on the buyer selling their own property), you can define that the listing will continue to be marketed and remain in the For sale status even if the purchase offer is accepted.
While drafting the offer—and especially before creating it—you should preview it carefully. The Preview button can be found in the top left corner of the purchase offer form.
Once you have completed the offer details, click Create offer. After confirming the creation of the purchase offer, you will be given the option to send the offer for preview. This allows the offering party to confirm that the information is correct, after which you can choose how the offer will be signed: either sent for electronic signature or uploaded manually if you have a hand-signed offer form. If there are multiple offerors, some may sign electronically while others sign manually. An offer that is partially signed electronically can also be downloaded from the system. During the offer process, the agent first sends the offer to the offerors for signing, and after that it is forwarded for approval through the agent’s confirmation.
NOTE: When you create an offer using the Create offer button, it is not yet sent to any of the parties involved in the offer.
