DIAS charges a fee of 65 € (+ VAT) per DIAS transaction. The price remains the same whether it's a transaction for a housing share or a real estate property.
With one DIAS transaction (and one DIAS transaction fee), multiple share series can be traded at once through Linear, provided they meet the following conditions:
- the share series being sold in the same transaction must be from the same housing company
- there must be either a paper share certificate or an electronic ownership entry for all shares being sold in the transaction
- the parties involved in the transaction must be the same for all share series mentioned in the sales contract
DIAS charges the transaction cost from Linear, and Linear invoices these costs from the brokerage firm that initiated the DIAS transaction through Linear. The broker may agree with the parties involved in the transaction on how and if the DIAS transaction costs are charged to them. This can be agreed upon, for example, in the commission agreement or purchase offer.
Please note that banks may also charge fees related to electronic property transactions from the parties involved. In these cases, it is a matter between the bank and the client, which neither Linear nor DIAS can influence. We recommend asking for the most current price list directly from each operator.
