Creating a search alert
In Linear, you can create a new search alert for a customer from the customer card by selecting Create search alert.
Defining the search alert criteria is flexible—you don’t need to fill in every field. You can leave out any criteria that aren’t relevant for the customer. However, note that you must set at least one criterion in order to save the search alert.
When creating a search alert, you can define the following information:
- Customer’s intent: searching for listings for sale or for rent (ostajapotentiaali or vuokrapotentiaali)
- Country where the customer is looking for a listing.
- Location: at city/municipality, district, and/or postal code level.
- Listing type: Apartment or Property
- Building type: Newly constructed or vanha kohde.
- Price range: you can set a minimum price, a maximum price, or both.
- Living area: you can set a minimum area, a maximum area, or both.
- Number of Rooms.
- More specific listing type. For example, an apartment building unit or a detached house.
- Year of construction.
- Condition rating.
- Heating System.
- Plot ownership.
- Special features:
- Balcony
- Sauna
- Elevator
- Waterfront
The customer’s search criteria could look like this, for example:
