When you send a lease agreement for electronic signature or archive a manually signed lease agreement, you can choose whether to send Tenant Instructions to the new tenants after the signature. If the option is active, it appears orange (see the screenshot below).
If the option is active, all marked tenants will receive a separate email after the signatures, which includes Tenant Instructions documents as attachments.
The Tenant Instructions documents include:
- Normal Wear and Tear
- Move-out Cleaning
- Good Rental Practice
If a tenant, for example, lacks an email address for sending the instructions, you can download the documents to your device as a .zip file by clicking on the Tenant Instructions section and print them out for the tenant. The instructions are also downloadable based on this article.
