From the Statistics tab on the property card, it is possible to follow the property's publication statistics from Oikotie.
To view the statistics, it is required that the property has been published on Oikotie for at least one day and that the Oikotie API key has been added to the company settings.
You can filter the period from which the statistics are fetched and displayed from the date menu in the top left corner.
Note: Oikotie visitor statistics are updated at the end of each day, so today's statistics will be available tomorrow.
In the publication statistics, you will get the following numbers from Oikotie:
- Page views - Page views are counted as visits to the property page. The same visitor can visit the page multiple times, and each visit is counted as its own page view.
- Contacts - Contacts are counted as contact requests made from the property page.
- Watch hits - Watch hits are counted as emails sent to Oikotie users that match the search alerts for your property.
- Calls - Calls are counted as clicks on the "Call" and "Show number" buttons on the publication.
- Favorites - Favorites are counted as the times a user has added your property to their favorites for later review.
- Visitors - Visitors refer to unique visitors on the property page.
