Linear allows the use of so-called message automations. With message automations, a company can, for example, send a feedback survey to a customer when a listing has been finalized.
If message automations are not being sent to a customer, check the following:
- Is Company Settings configured to enable message automations?
- Check in the CRM whether the customer has been allowed to receive automated messages.
- Do all the conditions for the message automation to send the message meet?
