Linear offers an integration with the Residential and Commercial Property Information System (HTJ) maintained by the National Land Survey of Finland (NLS). Through the integration, users at a real estate agency can order the following documents related to a housing company share or apartment:
- Apartment share printout, extended
- Apartment share printout, summary
- Public share register
- Extract from the share register
Enabling the integration
Using the HTJ integration requires that the real estate agency has permission granted by the National Land Survey of Finland to retrieve information from the system.
If the agency does not already have permission, it must be applied for separately from the NLS. If needed, you can request the application form from Linear customer support.
Ordering documents
HTJ documents can be ordered from:
- The property card Documents tab by selecting Order documents
- Commission tab
- The DIAS form on the Trading tab after selecting Fill DIAS transaction information
Note: For DIAS transactions, the documents must be dated on the same day the transaction is sent to the banks for preparation.
Before ordering
The documents are retrieved from the HTJ service based on the housing company's Business ID and the share group identifier. These details must be completed on the property description attachment under the Property information tab.
Before placing the order, make sure that:
- The housing company's Business ID is entered correctly
- The correct share group identifier is selected (if the share has been transferred to the electronic apartment register)
Ordering documents
Select the desired documents by checking the boxes and click Order.
After clicking the Order button, a confirmation window will open showing:
- The documents being ordered
- The housing company's Business ID
- The housing company's name
- The share group identifier (if the share has been transferred to the electronic apartment register)
- The total price of the order
Review the information and complete the order by selecting Confirm.
After ordering
The ordered documents are automatically saved to the Manage documents section under the property's Documents tab.
Costs incurred from ordering HTJ documents will be invoiced to the real estate agency together with the following month's Linear invoice.
