Linear provides an integration with the Apartment Information System (HTJ) maintained by the National Land Survey of Finland (NLS; Maanmittauslaitos, MML). With the integration, brokerage users can order the following documents related to a housing company share or apartment:
- Apartment share printout, extended
- Apartment share printout, limited
- Share register, public
- Extract from the share register
Enabling the integration
Using the HTJ integration requires that the brokerage has a permit granted by the National Land Survey of Finland (NLS) to retrieve the data.
If you do not already have a permit, you must apply for access from NLS with a separate application. If needed, you can request the application form from Linear support.
Ordering documents
HTJ documents can be ordered:
- From the listing card’s Documents tab by selecting Order documents
- From the Buyer agreement tab
- On the DIAS form, on the Transaction tab, after selecting Fill in DIAS deal information
Note: For DIAS transactions, the documents must be dated with the same date as when the transaction is sent to the banks for preparation.
Before placing the order
The documents are retrieved from HTJ based on the housing company’s Business ID and the share group ID. These fields must be filled in on the listing description attachment on the Listing details tab.
Before ordering, make sure that:
- The housing company’s Business ID is entered correctly
- The correct share group ID is selected (if the share has been transferred to the electronic apartment share register)
Ordering documents
Select the documents you want by ticking the checkboxes and click Order.
After clicking Order, a confirmation window opens where you can see:
- The documents to be ordered
- The housing company’s Business ID
- The housing company’s name
- The share group ID (if the share has been transferred to the electronic apartment share register)
- The total price of the order
Review the information and complete the order by selecting Verify.
After ordering
The ordered documents are automatically saved under the listing’s Documents tab in the Manage documents section.
Costs incurred from ordering HTJ documents will be invoiced from the brokerage on the next month’s Linear invoice.
