During the assignment, property information often needs to be updated for one reason or another. Updates or modifications should always be made using the description appendix or housing information form, to ensure the information is updated on publishing platforms.
After making changes, it's also advisable to check that the information is up to date on the sales/rental brochure. If the new information has not been updated on the brochure, you should initially check at least the following things from the brochure:
- Does it say Changes from previous version next to the brochure? If so, click Edit leaflet and from the brochure editor that opens, click Save new version (in the bottom right corner).
- Have you previously made modifications to this data field in the brochure editor, so that the brochure displays different information than what has been updated in the property information? You can check this by opening the brochure editor and from the Data fields tab, check if the field in question is purple. If the field is purple, you can click on the data field and choose Restore description attachment value or make your own modification to the information displayed on the brochure as well.
