Each assignment has its own property card, which contains key information and functionalities related to both the assignment and the property. The property card opens when you click the assignment row in the property listing or in purchase assignments.
The property cards for sales, purchase, and rental assignments differ slightly in their sections, but the basic idea is the same: you’ll find various functionalities and features related to the assignment under different tabs.
Property card for sales listings
- Summary opens by default whenever the property card is accessed. In the summary view, you can write notes related to the property.
- On the Assignment & KYC tab, you can create an assignment agreement or a continuation assignment agreement for the property.
- The Property information tab allows you to create the disclosure attachment and fill in other information required for the property, for example for publishing platforms.
- Under Documents, you can manage the property’s documents.
- The Services tab is Linear’s old ordering section (floor plans, digital staging, etc.).
- The Linear Store tab is Linear’s new ordering section. Here you can order, for example, photography for the property, and once the order is completed the final photos will be saved directly to the property.
- The Marketing materials tab allows you to manage the property’s images and create and manage marketing materials for the property (for example, a sales brochure).
- The Publishing tab is where the property is published.
- The Showings tab lets you add and manage property showings.
- On the Marketing tab, you can purchase search result highlights for Oikotie once the property has been published (note: you must have the required permissions to purchase highlights).
- Under Statistics, you can find Oikotie statistics and reports after the property has been published.
- The Trading tab contains purchase offers, closing tools, and other essential tools related to the sales process.
- On the Archive tab, you’ll find all archived files related to the property (for example, assignment agreements and images). You can also archive files directly into the property’s archive if needed.
Property card for rental listings
- Summary tab opens by default whenever a property card is accessed. On the summary view you can, for example, write notes related to the property.
- On the Commission & PEP tab you can, for example, create a commission agreement for the property or a follow-up commission agreement.
- On the Housing information form tab you can create a housing information form and fill in other property details used, for example, on publishing platforms.
- The Documents tab allows you to manage the property’s documents.
- The Services tab is Linear’s old ordering section (floor plans, virtual staging, etc.).
- The Linear Store tab is Linear’s new ordering section. Here you can order, for example, photography for the property, and once the order is completed the finished photos are saved directly to the property.
- On the Esittelymateriaalit tab you can manage the property’s photos and create and manage other marketing materials (such as a rental brochure).
- The Julkaisu tab is where the property is published.
- On the Showings tab you can add and manage the property’s viewings.
- From the Marketing tab you can purchase search result highlights on Oikotie once the property has been published (note: requires that your user permissions allow purchasing highlights).
- On the Tilastot tab you can find statistics and reports from Oikotie after the property has been published.
- On the Tenants tab you can, for example, create and send out a rental agreement for signing.
- From the Archive tab you can find all files archived for the property (such as commission agreements and photos). You can also archive files directly into the property’s archive.
Property card for purchase commissions
- The Summary tab opens by default whenever the property card is accessed. On the summary view you can directly see the client's criteria and preferences for the property they are looking for.
- On the Commission & PEP tab you can, for example, create a commission agreement for the purchase assignment, or a follow-up commission agreement.
- The Documents tab serves as the archive for the purchase assignment. The commission agreement is archived here automatically from the Commission & PEP tab, but you can also archive your own documents here (for example, the deed of sale once the purchase assignment is completed).
Additional actions on the property card
At the top of the property card you will find the orange Actions button, from which you can:
- Refresh the information on the property card manually. This can be useful if, for example, you want to check whether the status of a commission agreement sent for e-signature has changed to signed. However, the property card updates automatically whenever it is opened.
- You can Copy the property as a new property.
- Delete the property / Delete the purchase assignment. Please note that you cannot delete a property or purchase assignment if it already has a commission number. A commission number is created once the commission agreement has been sent for e-signature, or when signing manually once the agreement details have been entered into the system and the agreement has been marked as completed.
