Each assignment has a so-called listing card, which contains information and tools related to the assignment and the listing. The listing card opens when you click the assignment row in the listing overview or in purchase assignments.
The listing cards for sales, purchase and rental assignments differ slightly in terms of their sections, but the basic idea is the same: the different tabs contain various features and functions related to the assignment.
Sales listing card
- Summary opens by default whenever you open a listing card. On the Summary tab, you can, for example, write notes related to the listing.
- On the Buyer agreement & KYC tab, you can, for example, create an assignment agreement for the listing or a follow-up assignment agreement.
- On the Listing details tab, you can create a property information attachment and fill in other listing details, for example for publishing portals.
- On the Documents tab, you can manage the listing’s documents.
- The Services tab is Linear’s legacy ordering section (floor plans, virtual staging, etc.).
- The Linear Store tab is Linear’s new ordering section. From here you can, for example, order photography for the listing. Once the order is completed, the finished photos are saved directly to the listing.
- On the Marketing materials tab, you can manage, for example, the listing photos, and create and manage marketing materials for the listing (e.g. a sales brochure).
- The Publish tab is where you publish the listing.
- On the Showings tab, you can add and manage showings for the listing.
- On the Marketing tab, you can purchase search result highlights on Oikotie after the listing has been published (note: requires permissions that allow you to purchase highlights).
- On the Statistics tab, you can view post-publication statistics and reports from Oikotie.
- On the Transaction tab, you’ll find, for example, offers, the closing statement, and other tools essential to the transaction.
- On the Archive tab, you’ll find all files archived for the listing (e.g. assignment agreements and photos). You can also archive files directly to the listing archive, if needed.
Rental listing card
- Summary always opens by default when you open the listing card. In Summary, you can, for example, write notes related to the listing.
- On the Assignment & PEP tab, you can, for example, create an assignment agreement for the listing or a follow-up assignment agreement.
- On the Listing details tab, you can create a property information form and fill in other listing details, for example for publishing channels.
- From the Documents tab, you can manage the listing’s documents.
- The Services tab is Linear’s legacy ordering section (floor plans, digital staging, etc.).
- The Linear Store tab is Linear’s new ordering section. Here you can order, for example, photography for the listing, and once the order is completed, the final photos are saved directly to the listing.
- On the Marketing materials tab, you can manage, for example, the listing’s photos and create and manage marketing materials for the listing (e.g. a rental brochure).
- The Publish tab is where you publish the listing.
- On the Showings tab, you can add and manage showings for the listing.
- From the Marketing tab, you can buy search result highlights on Oikotie once the listing has been published (note: requires user permissions that allow purchasing highlights).
- From the Statistics tab, after publishing, you can find Oikotie statistics and reports.
- From the Tenants tab, you can, for example, create and have a lease agreement signed.
- From the Archive tab, you’ll find all files archived for the listing (e.g. assignment agreements and photos). If you wish, you can also archive files directly into the listing’s archive.
Listing card for a buyer assignment
- Summary always opens by default when you open the listing card. In Summary, you can see the customer’s criteria/preferences for the type of property they are looking for at a glance.
- On the Assignment & PEP tab, you can, for example, create an assignment agreement for the listing or a follow-up assignment agreement.
- The Documents tab acts as the archive for the buyer assignment. The assignment agreement is automatically archived here from the Assignment & PEP tab, but you can also archive your own documents here (e.g. the deed of sale once the buyer assignment has been completed).
Additional actions on the listing card
At the top of the listing card, there is also an orange Actions button, from which you can:
- Manually refresh the information on the listing card. This can be useful if, for example, you want to check whether an electronically signed assignment agreement has changed status to signed. The listing card is also automatically refreshed whenever it is opened.
- You can Copy the listing to a new listing.
- Delete the listing / delete the buyer assignment. Please note that you cannot delete a listing or a buyer assignment if an assignment number has already been generated for it. An assignment number is generated when the assignment agreement is sent for electronic signature, or, when signing manually, once the agreement details have been entered into the system and the agreement has been marked as completed.
